    The centre of Hita is a 30 minutes' walk of the ryokan. The Sakuradokoro Waterfall is 3.9 km from this Hita hotel, and Kumamoto airport is 75 km away. The Okuhita Onsen Umehibiki Hita also takes you to the Amagase Hot Springs, which is approximately a 15-minute drive away.
